Free Consultations

We offer complimentary initial consultations to assess potential fit and provide preliminary recommendations. These consultations do not create a client relationship unless followed by a formal service agreement. We reserve the right to limit the availability of free consultations.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Merit Marketing Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our written permission.

Client Materials

Ownership of work product, deliverables, and intellectual property created under service agreements will be specified in those agreements. Generally, upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables, while we retain the right to use general methodologies and approaches developed.

Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of information shared during our engagement. We will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Specific confidentiality terms will be included in service agreements.

Disclaimers and Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from our marketing services, as outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control. While we strive for excellence, we cannot warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Merit Marketing Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to our Services. Our total liability for any claims related to our Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
